RESOLUTION NO. 91-297
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPT1 NG CONSTRUCTION
OF THE AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON PUMP STATION,
PROJECT NO. 3303, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Pump Station, Project N
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That construction of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Pump Station, specifically ic
as Project No. 3303, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authorized to
the Notice of Completicln and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized to close the
accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the =may of September , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
