RESOLUTION NO. 91-306
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAR1
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FAC
MANAGEMENT PLAN 21.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on the 17th
September , 1991, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed bk
consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testiml
arguments, examining the initial study, analyzing the information submitted b
and considering any written comments received, the City Council considered all
relating to the Negative Declaration including Planning Commission Resolution N
granting Planning Commission approval of said Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Director on
1991 was prepared in compliance with the California Enviro
Quality Act and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
That there is no substantial evidence that the project as conditio1
have a significant effect on the environment.
That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad incorporates i
resolution Planning Commission Resolution No. 3242 including
contained therein.
