CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PL,
LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 21.
WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been prepared fl
Facilities Management Zone 21 in accordance with Chapter 21.90 of the C
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on July 17, 1991 hold a duly
public hearing as required by law to consider said plan and at the conclusioi
hearing adopted Resolution No. 3243 making findings and recommending that
Council adopt a plan; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning Director
2, 1991 indicating that the Local Facilities Management Plan is not anticipated
any significant adverse impact on the environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of September 17, 1991 helc
noticed public hearing and considered all testimony and arguments of anyone I
to be heard;
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council oft

of Carlsbad, California as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission Re:
No. 3243 also constitute the findings and conditions of the City (
That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 21 dated J
1991 on file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by refer
hereby approved. Any development occurring within the bound;
Zone 21 shall comply with all the terms and conditions of said 1
