RESOLUTION NO. 91-308
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA7 APPROVING THE 1990-91
GRANTEE PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, on September 17, 1991, considered the City’s
1990-91 Grantee Performance Report for the Community
Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 has taken a1 1 testimony
into account.
NOW, THEREFORE7 BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the City of Carlsbad’s 1990-91 Grantee
Performance Report for the Community Development
Block Grant Program is hereby approved for
submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development by September 30, 1991.
3. That the City of Carlsbad published a notice in
the local newspaper announcing a fifteen (15) day
public review and comment period on the 1990-91
Grantee Performance Report.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California on the 17th day of
September, 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and
NOES: None
ABSTAIN : None
ABSENT:
