RESOLUTION NO. 91-316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN UNDER THE RAILROAD AT
TAMARACK AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby reso'

1. The First Supplemental Agreement to an agreement between the C
