RESOLUTION NO. 91-322
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER
FOR THREE VIDEO CAMERAS
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the (
Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the bid of Televideo San Diego, 4783 Ruffner Street, San
CA 92111, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authoriz
execute a Purchase Order for the purchase and installation of 3 video cameras
amount of $47,241.38 including tax and installation.
2. That an appropriation of $3,620 from the Contingency Fui
placed in Facility Maintenance Capital Outlay Account Number 001 -820-5320-390
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of th
, 1991, by the foll Council of the City of Carlsbad on the kt day of October
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
