RESOLUTION NO. 91-313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, THE
APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Marvin Cap expires in October, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car’
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is recommended to the Board of Superv

Authority for a term to expire in October, 1995:
