RESOLUTION NO, 91-333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVI DECLARATION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIFIC PLAN 181. CASE NO: SP-181 (A APPLICANT: CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTRE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipa:
Code, the Planning Commission did, on July 17, 1991, hold i
duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to conside:
said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing ani
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initia
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, anc
considering any written comments received, the Planninc
Commission considered all factors relating to the Negativl
Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the findings and conditions of the Plannin
Commission Resolution No. 3274, on file with the City Clerk an
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of th
City Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaratio
is hereby approved.
