RESOLUTION NO. 91-334
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER
21.18 - RESIDENTIAL-PROFESSIONAL ZONE SECTION
21.18.040; CHAPTER 21.42 - CONDITIONAL USES, SECTION 21.42.010, TO ALLOW PROFESSIONAL CARE FACILITIES IN THE RP ZONE WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; AND CHAPTER 21.44 - PARKING, BY ADDING A NEW PARKING STANDARD OF .45 PARKING
SPACES PER EVERY BED IN A PROFESSIONAL CARE FACILITY.
CASE NO: ZCA 91-2 APPLICANT: MARRIOTT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipa
Code, the Planning Commission did, on August 7, 1991, hold
duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to conside
said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing an
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initia
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, an
considering any written comments received, the Plannin
Commission considered all factors relating to the Negativ
Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the findings and conditions of the Plannin
Commission Resolution No. 3283, on file with the City Clerk ar
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of th
City Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaratic
is hereby approved.
