RESOLUTION NO. 91-364
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING TEE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO.
U/M 92-2 FOR THE 1991-92 STREETS OVERLAY
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the Cit
Carlsbad, California, for the 1991-92 Streets Overlay Prog
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received fo
project was submitted by the Sim J. Harris Company in the a
of $284,855.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001
5110-2412 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $284,855.00 by the Sim J. Harris Compan
the 1991-92 Streets Overlay Program, Contract No. U/M 92-
