RESOLUTION NO. 91-382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD WHALE WATCH FENCE, PROJECT NO. 3355
WHEREAS, f i ve (5) seal ed bids were received on September 3, 195
said project; and
WHEREAS, all bid documents received from all bidders havc
reviewed in detail and the City Council does hereby find that the
responsive, responsible bid received for the construction of said proje
submitted by Abghari Construction, Incorporated, in the amount of $87,47
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the bid in the amount of $87,470.00 is hereby accep
the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to exc
contract thereafter.
3, That the City Manager is hereby authorized to i
construction change orders up to a cumulative total of $13,000.00.
