RESOLUTION NO. 91-383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3325, AS COMPLETE
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE EL GAMIN0 REAL
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements on El Camino R
Chestnut Avenue to Hosp Way, Project No. 3325, has been satisfactorily completed; i
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; a
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That construction of the El Camino Real Improvements, specifically
as Project No. 3325, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby auth
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and di
close the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
I PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl:
Council held on the 3rd day of December j 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
