RESOLUTION NO. 91-386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH THE DIKE PARTNERSHIP FOR THE MASTER PLAN OF ALTA MIRA PARK, PROJECT NO. 3348
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determi
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to appropriate funds i
budgeted in the 1990-91 Capital Improvement Program budget for the Alta Mi
Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were solicited, finalists se
interviews completed, and a consultant agreement negotiated with the reco
firm of The Dike Partnership of San Diego, California; and
WHEREAS, the recommended firm possesses the necessary skills, bac
and expertise to accomplish the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ci
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a consultant agreement with The Dike Partnership i:
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to exec
agreement. Following the execution of said agreement, the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to forward copies of the agreement to the Park
