A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSEAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE
SERVICE POST.
ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOBILE COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, a Mobile Community Service Post has been deemed necessary; ar
WHEREAS, $75,000 has been appropriated for the construction of a Mobile Co
Service Post; and
WHEREAS, the specifications for the Mobile Community Service Post were mc
include upgrading of certain electrical systems; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the Mobile Cc
Service Post; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are necessary for the purchase of the Mobile Cc
Service Post.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the bid from Callen Camper Company, 125 S. Marshall Avenue, El (
92020, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to e
purchase order for the purchase of a Mobile Community Service Post in the amount of :
plus tax for a total of $1 21,240. 1
2. That an appropriation of $55,000 from the Police Forfeiture Fund be tr
into the Police Asset Forfeiture Administration Account 121 -21 10-3900 for the purcha
Mobile Community Service Post.
