RESOLUTION NO, 91-406
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BElWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE CITY OF SAN
MARCOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD AND SAN MARCOS BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS
FROM EL CAMINO REAL TO ACACIA AVENUE. PROJECT
NUMBER 3341.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the City of San Marcos have received TRAl
SR78 corridor funding for the improvement to portions of Palomar Airport Road an
Marcos Boulevard between El Camino Real and Acacia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the City of San Marcos desire to coope
construction of TRANSNET SR78 corridor facilities described in an agreement dated 0
8, 1991 and executed by certain City of San Marcos officials on October 9, 1991 ; an
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby finds it necessary, de
and in the public interest to approve said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Agreement between the City of San Marcos and the City of Ca
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and direc
execute said agreement,
3. Following the Mayor's signature of said Agreement the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to forward copies of said Agreement to Shelia Kennedy, City
