RESOLUTION NO. 92-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE FIRM OF
REVISIONS OF THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD SHORE PROTECTION
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3307
WOODWARD-CLYDE CONSULTANTS, INCORPORATED FOR DESIGN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determined tt
is desirable and necessary to amend an agreement between the City of Carl sbi
the firm of Woodward-Clyde Consultants for the design revisions of the Car
Boulevard Shore Protection Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
Cal i forni a, as foll ows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council approves Amendment No. 1 to an agrc
between the City of Carlsbad and the firm of Woodward-Clyde Consultants fc
design revisions of the Carlsbad Boulevard Shore Protection Project, Projec
3307.
3. Following the Mayor’s signature of said Amendment No. 1, thc
Clerk is authorized and directed to forward copies of said amendment anc
resolution to: Woodward-Clyde Consultants, Incorporated, attention: Mr.
J. Lee, Vice President, 1550 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, California 9;
