RESOLUTION NO. 92-5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK AVENUE AND CDBG
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NOS. 3731, 3732 & 3739
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determin

WHEREAS, five (5) sealed bids were received on November 26, 199 8
Avenue and CDBG sidewal k improvements ; and 7
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct improvements t
10 WHEREAS, the 1 owest responsible bid for the project was submitt
11 Basile Construction Company, in the amount of $122,813.95
