RESOLUTION NO. 92-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
LEWIS AND ELSBREE
WHEREAS, Lewis and Elsbree, a California General Partnership, as OM
Developer, has submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract 88-06 to the Ci:
Carlsbad for approval; and
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 88-06
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map with conditions, was approved by the Plan
Commission on July 19, 1989 pursuant to Resolution Number 2891 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially confc
to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been compl
and/or secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street right of way for dedicatic
the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be it
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl5
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 88-06 from Lewis and El5
which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by referenc
accepted.
3. That the City accepts said dedication.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptanc
the Final Map.

5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of Califorr
with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Commonwe:
Land Title Insurance Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad (
Council held on the 21st day of January, 199 2 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and
NOES: None
