RESOLUTION NO. 92-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A COVENANT FOR
EASEMENT.
4 WHEREAS, Costa Del Mar Road was previously irrevocably offered for dedicatic
!5 the public pursuant to Map No. 61 29 File No. 1021 38 dated June 18, 1968, and

WHEREAS, said offer of dedication was rejected subject to acceptance by the ps
at a future date; and,
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Carlsbad now deems it to be in the p!
interest to accept a potion of said offer for the purpose of the installing a traffic signal
appurtenant loop detectors.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls~

14 II 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the portion of the previously rejected offer of dedication from La Cc
Hotel & Spa Corporation over a portion of a private street known as Costa Del Mar R
adjacent to the existing El Camino Real street easement described in Exhibits A and
accepted.
3. The unaccepted portion of the previously rejected offer of dedication rem;
open for acceptance by the City in accordance with the terms and conditions per Map 61
File No. 1021 38 dated June 18, 1968.

4. That the City Clerk is authorized to file a certificate of acceptance of the 7
square feet of land in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State
California, for recordation.

as Costa Del Mar Road as shown on Map No. 6520, filed at the Office of the County Recorder in said County, in said State, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly boundary line of said map and
the centerline of said road, said point being on the arc of a 750.00 foot radius curve concaved Northwesterly, a radial line to
said point bears South 10"4313811 East; thence Northerly along said Westerly boundary line North 10"4313811 West 42.00 feet to a point
on a 708.00 foot radius curve, and being concentric with said 750.00 foot radius curve; thence leaving said boundary line and
Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 1"23'05l*, a distance of 17.11 feet; thence radially South 12"06t4311 East 42.00 to a point on said 750.00 foot radius curve,
