RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 2 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN UNCONTROLLED
STOCKPILE AGREEMENT
4 WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric has submitted a grading plan requiring

Agua Hedionda Lagoon; 6
uncontrolled stockpile on their property located east of Carlsbad Boulevard and south of
7 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad had determined it to be in the public interest to gl
8 the Uncontrolled Stockpile Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlst:
California as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement and City C
is authorized to cause the Uncontrolled Stockpile Agreement to be recorded in the Officc
the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVEDAND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cou
held on the 21stday of January 1992 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Ny;
