RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD AND PALOMAR OAKS WAY, PROJECT NO. 3345,
AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of the traffic signal at Palomar Airport Road and Pi '

Oaks Way, Project No. 3345, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; anc

WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal
11 11 California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the traffic signal at Palomar Airport Road and Pz

execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded. 16
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authori 15
Oaks Way, specifically identified as Project No. 3345, is deemed complete and hereby accl
17 4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and direc
18 close the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbac
