RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE STREET LIGHTS ON CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD, CANNON ROAD, TIERRA DEL ORO, AND SHORE DRIVE,
PROJECT NO. 3367

WHEREAS, construction of the street lights on Carlsbad Boulevard, Cannon
Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive, Project No. 3367, has been satisfactorily completed; an
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; anc

WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cal

California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 ll 2. That construction of the street lights on Carlsbad Boulevard, Cannon

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authori 16
and hereby accepted. 15
Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive, specifically identified as Project No. 3367, is deemed cor
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and direc 18
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
I' /1 close the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
2o !I PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsba
