RESOLUTION NO. 92-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN EXISTING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF BOATING AND WATERWAYS
AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously a

State funding of Phase I for the proposed Carlsbad Boulevard Shore Prot 8
of California Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Carlsb 7
Resolution No. 90-27 on February 6, 1990 approving an agreement between thc
