A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE
TELEVISION.

WHEREAS, the term of Paul Vanderpool expires on January, 31, 1992;
5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
