RESOLUTION NO. 92-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION
TO CONDITION NO. 98 OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-258
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1990 the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolu
No.3032 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Tract Map CT 88-3 be appro\
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on August 31, 1990
September 4, 1990 did hold duly notice public hearings to consider the recommendation
heard all persons desiring to be heard; and
WHEREAS, after considering all factors relating to Tentative Tract Map CT 88-3 the
Council did adopt Resolution No. 90-258 approving with conditions said Tentative Tract h
and
WHEREAS, the City Council on July 2, 1991 did adopt Resolution No. 91 -21 0 gran
an extension to Condition No. 98 of Resolution No. 90-258 to December 31, 1991 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered a request to extend Condition No. 9
Resolution No. 90-258;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City Council hereby extends Condition No. 98 of Resolution No. 90-
1
to expire on June 30, 1992 unless further extended. 2
3 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COL

held on the 4th day of Februaqd 992 by the following vote, to wit:
