RESOLUTION NO. 92-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION
TO CONDITION NO. 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-274

WHEREAS, on June 20, 1990 the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolul
No. 3023 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Tract Map CT 89-1 8 be approv
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on August 7, 1990 did hold c

notice public hearings to consider the recommendation and heard all persons desiring tc

10 WHEREAS, after considering all factors relating to Tentative Tract Map CT 89-18

WHEREAS, the City Council has considered a request to extend Condition No.
Resolution No. 90-274;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City Council hereby extends Condition No. 1 of Resolution No. 90-27
