A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, the term of David Spencer as a member of the Carlsbad

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
* Commission expires in March, 1992;
