RESOLUTION NO. 92-64
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A DEED
CONVEYING A WATER LINE EASEMENT TO CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACROSS A PORTION OF FUTURE PARK SITE IN ZONE 19, LOCAL FACILITIES
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, CMWD PROJECT NO. 86-109
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
