A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF FIRE
HOSE
WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City to join with other County agencies
purchase of fire hose; and
WHEREAS, bid proposals were submitted by four vendors and were judged i
known criteria.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca

1. That the above facts are true and correct.
2. That the bid for Items 1,2, 3, 7, 8, 10 and 17, as shown in the Tabulation c
by Halprin Supply Company, 3804 S. Broadway Place, Los Angeles CA 90037, is
accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order fo
items as the need arises for a period beginning March 15,1992 through December 31,19E
the option to renew for two one (1) year periods with an increase not to exceed 10% of the

3. That the bid for Items 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, as shown
