A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE ADAMS STREET ROADWAY ALIGNMENT STUDY, PROJECT NO. 3364
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the services of a profes
engineering consultant to prepare a study evaluating various alternative r
a1 ignments and recommend a specific a1 ignment for Adams Street between Ha
Street and Park Drive; and
WHEREAS, a scope of work and consultant agreement has been pr
for said services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirab
in the public interest to approve said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the consultant agreement between Dudek & Associates, In
the City of Carlsbad is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement.
3. Following the Mayor’s signature of said agreement, the City C1
further authorized and directed to forward copies of said agreement to
Gillfillan, Dudek & Associates, Incorporated, 605 Third Street, Enci
California, 92024, and the Engineering Department for their files.
