RESOLUTION NO. 92-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND BALANCE AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO
THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OF PROJECT COSTS
ON THE AGUA HEDIONDA BRIDGE (PROJECT 3098)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
necessary to pay the State of California for project costs on the Agua Hedionda
Bridge;
WHEREAS, the General Fund balance has adequate reserves to appropriate;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That $36,970 is appropriated from the General Fund balance into the grant
repayment account (001-820-1990-2994).
3. That $36,969.79 is authorized to be expended for payment of State
Department of Transportation project expenditures for the Agua Hedionda Bridge
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 14th day of April , 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
