RESOLUTION NO. 92-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
TROPEZ WEST
WHEREAS, St. Tropez West General Partnership, as Owner, has submitted a final
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 90-07 ST.

7 Commission on October 17, 1990 pursuant to Resolution Number 31 27; and
known as Carlsbad Tract 90-07 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map with conditions, was approved by the Plal
8 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforr

WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street right of way for dedication tc
City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the PI
interest to approve said Final Map;
17 /I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl
18 I( California, as follows:
I 19 I 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
20 2. That the Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 90-07 from St. Tropez V
21 Partnership which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by referenc
22 accepted.

4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on 24
3. That the City accepts said dedication.

5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Commonwealth Land
Title Insurance Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 14th day of 4rj-J. , 1992 by the following vote, to’wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
