RESOLUTION NO. 92-104
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, FOR THE CITY TO CONVEY AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT
OF WAY TO SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES TO SERVE LA
POSADA GUADALUPE DE CARLSBAD C.U.P. 91-10

9 Emergency Shelter C.U.P. 91-10,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it
necessary, desirable and in the public interest to convey an easement and right-of-way
to San Diego Gas and Electric for the construction installation and maintenance of
underground electrical facilities to serve the La Posada Guadalupe de Carlsbad

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 12
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
11 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
13 2. That the conveyance of an easement and right of way to San Diego

Gas and Electric to provide electrical service to La Posada Guadalupe
de Carlsbad incorporated by this reference, is approved.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized execute the easement
which will be returned to the City Clerk and a copy forwarded to San
I? II Diego Gas and Electric for recordkeeping.
