RESOLUTION NO. 92-112
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF GRAND AVENUE
SIGNALS AND ROOSEVELT STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT NOS. 3254, 3273, 3277, 3278, AND 3283 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of Grand Avenue Traffic Signals (3) and Rooseveli

completed; and 7
Sidewalk Improvements, Project Nos. 3254, 3273, 3277, 3278, and 3283, has been satisl

WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date. 9
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca
11 11 California, as fotlows:

the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
