RESOLUTION NO. 92-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE FRIENDS OF CARRILLO
RANCH
i WHEREAS, all funds from the State Office of Historic Preservation and the I
'7 ikarlsbad Historical Society for the stabilization of Leo Carrillo Ranch have been spent;

9 WHEREAS, the Friends of Carrillo Ranch is donating $5,000 received from the

L1 Reuben H. Fleet Fund sponsored by Sandra Fleet Mooers to the City of Carlsbad fo:
12 continuing stabilization activities at Leo Carrillo Ranch.
13 WHEREAS, the $5,000 will be deposited into the Donations & Contribution:
14 General Construction Account (#300-810-0000-8950) and funds are to be expendec
15 from this account.
I' 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of th

18 City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
