RESOLUTION N0.92-118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE FIELDSTONE COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City's Arts Office provides cultural opportunities for Carlsbad

residents; and
to the Carlsbad Arts Office to fund the 1992 Arts and Business Breakfasts; and 7
WHEREAS, The Fieldstone Company is providing funds in the amount of $5,000
8 WHEREAS, these breakfasts are co-sponsored by the Carlsbad Arts Office, Arts

Commission and the Carlsbad Economic Enhancement Council; and
WHEREAS, the $5,000 will be deposited in the Arts Office Donation Account and
funds are to be expended from this account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the donation in the amount of $5,000 from The Fieldstone Company
to fund the 1992 Arts and Business Breakfasts is hereby accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
