A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0
CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, SELECTING SPECIFIC PROJECTS FOL
GRANT PROGRAM.
FUNDING UNDER THE 1992-93 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOC1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, at a publi

hearing held on April 28, 1992 considered the City’s 1992-93 Communit
10
Development Block Grant Entitlement Program and selected projects for fundinl
on May 5, 1992; and, 11

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

17 Statement for federal funding.
18 3. That the City will publish a summary of the proposed projects in the loca
19 newspaper(s) and allow a fifteen (15) day public review and commen
period prior to submitting the City’s Final Statement to the United State5
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account.
2. That the projects selected at the City Council meeting of May 5, 1992, a:
shown on attached Exhibit A of the Resolution, are hereby approved fol
inclusion in Carlsbad’s 1992-93 Community Development Block Grant Fina
20 Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval.

4. That the City Manager is authorized to submit the Final Statement to the

expiration of the public review and comment period.
