RESOLUTION NO. 92-120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF ASTORM DRAIN EASEMENT OVER
A PORTION OF LOT H OF MAP 823
4 11 WHEREAS, the Price Company has submitted a request for quitclaim of a portic
5 11 a storm drain easement over a portion of Lot H of Parcel Map No. 823; and

WHEREAS, a replacement easement has been dedicated on said map in anc
location to accommodate the relocation of the public storm drain system across said pa
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in

public interest to quitclaim a portion of said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls

3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is he
authorized to release the original Quitclaim Deed to the Price Company to be recorded ir
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Co
held on the 5th day of May , 1992 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton, Nygz
