RESOLUTION NO. 92-123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND P&D TECHNOLOGIES
I AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE CARLTAS COMPANY
~ TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CARLSBAD RANCH SPECIFIC PLAN.
