RESOLUTION NO. 92-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO AMEND
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, SECTION
21.41, REGARDING OFFSITE REAL ESTATE SIGNAGE. CASE NAME: OFFSITE REAL ESTATE SIGNAGE CASE NO: ZCA 90-2
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the MUniCiF
Code, the Planning Commission did, on March 4, 1992, hold a du
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sa
request: and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing a
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initi
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, a
considering any written comments received, the Planning Commissi
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration; a
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Ci
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That the findings and conditions of the Planni
Commission Resolution No. 3358, on file with the City Clerk 2
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of t
City Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaration
hereby approved.
