RESOLUTION NO. 92-133
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING OUT OF STATE
TRAWL
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad takes an innovative and progressive approach

to solid waste management; and
WHEREAS, City Council would like to consider alternative waste disposal
7 11 technologies; and a WHEREAS, Councilmembers and staff can learn from the City of Seattle’s 9
10 solid waste management program;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of

Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

2. That out of state travel to Seattle, Washington by Council Member
Nygaard and one staff person is hereby approved.
