RESOLUTION NO. 92-156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CIlCY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A WATER LINE
EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF MINOR SUBDIVISION
845, MAP NO. 11595, LOT NO. 46

WHEREAS, Robert B. Burke and Candace Burke have submitted
a request for quitclaim of an offer of dedication for a water line
easement over a portion of Minor Subdivision 845, Map No. 11595,
Lot No. 46, CMWD Project No. 90-C-OOL; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said offer
of dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitcla.im Deed conveying the offer of
dedication for an easement for water line purposes to Robert B.
Burke and Candace Burke, which is on file with the City IClerk and
in incorporated by this referenc:e; is approved.

1 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to

execute the deed which will be returned to Robert B. Burke and
Candace Burke for recordation.
# PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of

the Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of June
1992 by the following vote, to wit:
