A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD SISTER CITY
COMMITTEE.
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
WHEREAS, the term of Zona Deckelman expires in April, 19'
