RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 16 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC
TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Tournament of Champion Charities wishes to make a contribution of $1,000 to the
paramedic trust fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to Section37354 and 37355 of the
California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the paramedic trust fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad held the 9th day of June ,1992, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
