RESOLUTION NO. 92-176
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT ACROSS FROM THE PRICE
CLUB ENTRANCE - PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD - PR 2.3.68
WHEREAS, the Price Company has submitted a request for the dedication of a traffic

signal installation and maintenance easement offsite on property owned by the Carltas
a WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the
9 public interest to accept said easement;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying the traffic signal installation and maintenance

easement to the City of Carlsbad, which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated
herein by reference, is approved.

3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to record the deed and the subordination agreement in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council ~
held on the 16th day of June , 1992 by the following vote, to wit: ~
