RESOLUTION NO. 92-188
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE HOUSEHOLD
HAZARDOUS WASTE ELEMENT FOR THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, AI3 939, the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (AI3 I

Management Board a Household Hazardous Waste Element; and 8
939) requires that all cities adopt and submit to the California Integrated Waste
9 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad contracted with the firm of Camp Dresser and

McKee to prepare this document in accordance with the provisions of AB 939; and

WHEREAS, the completed document meets the requirements of AB 939;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Household Hazardous Waste Element for the City of Carlsbad is
hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
