A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR
LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 13.
WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been prepared for Local
Facilities Management Zone 13 in accordance with Chapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad

public hearing as required by law to consider said plan and at the conclusion of the 9
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on May 6, 1992, hold a duly noticed 8
Municipal Code; and
lo hearing adopted Resolution No. 3245 making findings and recommending that the City

13 WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning Director on May
14 2, 1991 , indicating that the Local Facilities Management Plan is not anticipated to
15 have any significant adverse impact on the environment; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of June 23, 1992 held a duly
17 noticed public hearing and considered all testimony and arguments of anyone desiring
18 to be heard;

22 I. That the above recitations are true and correct.
Council adopt the plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

2. That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission Resolution
No. 3245 also constitute the findings and conditions of the City Council.
3. That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 13 dated May 6,
1992, on file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference is
hereby approved. Any development occurring within the boundaries of
Zone 13 shall comply with all the terms and conditions of said plan.
