RESOLUTION NO. 92-201
I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STORM WATER
QUALITY TESTING AND MONITORING PROGRAM
I WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the services of a professional engineering

consultant to assist in the development of a Storm Water Quality Testing and Monitoring
Program; and
9 II WHEREAS, the Storm Water Quality Testing and Monitoring Program is required in 11 compliance with Regional Water Quality Control Board Order No. 90-42 which emphasizes the 10

reduction of pollutant loads within the receiving waters as a result of storm water runoff, and
WHEREAS, a scope of work and consultant agreement has been prepared for said
13 11 services; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 16

WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable and in the publics best

1 3. Following the Mayor's signature of said agreement, the City Clerk is further

and the Engineering Department for their files. 4

authorized and directed to forward copies of said agreement to Mr. Arsalan Dadkhah, Project
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council

held on the 23rd day of June , 1992 by the following vote, to wit:
