RESOLUTION NO. 92-210
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ATWELVE HUNDRED FIFTY
($1,250) DOLLAR DONATION FROM THE FIELDSTONE COMPANY
IN SUPPORT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
AND YOUTH BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL CAMPS
WHEREAS, the Fieldstone Company has donated Twelve
Hundred Fifty dollars to the City of Carlsbad in support of the High School
Basketball Tournament and Youth Basketball and Volleyball Camps, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has
received this donation and recommends acceptance by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the generosity of
the Fieldstone Company and wishes to accept this donation in support of
the High School Basketball Tournament and Youth Basketball and Volleyball
Camps,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Car-lsbad as follows:
I 1. That ths City Council accepts the donation of Twelve
Hundred Fifty ($1,250) dal!ars in suppart of the High
School Basketball Tournament and Youth Basketball
and \Jolleyball Camps, and
2. Funds will be deposited into Recreation Special Events
account #880-519-92-18-@OO.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of Carlsbad on the 7th of July of 1992, by the following vote, to
wit :
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and Nygaard
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
