RESOLUTION NO. 92-225
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
NINE HUNDRED ($900) DOLLAR DONATION FROM THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TENNIS ASSOCIATION IN
SUPPORT OF YOUTH DAYCAMP PROGRAMS

7 /I WHEREAS, the Southern California Tennis Association has donated Nine

11 Program, and
12 WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has received this
l3 donation and recommends acceptance by the City Council, and

Hundred ($900) Dollars to the City of Carlsbad in support of a Youth
Recreation Program sponsored by the Association’s Junior Development
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the generosity of the
l5 11 Southern California Tennis Association and wishes to accept this donation in

17 I1 support of the Youth Tennis Daycamp Program.

19 the City of Carlsbad as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of

1. That the City Council accepts the donation of Nine Hundred
($900) Dollars in support of the Youth Tennis Daycamp Program,
and

2. Funds will be deposited into Recreation Special Events account

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of Carlsbad on the 14th of JULY 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
